Three little ideas

  • Try it — tell what you ate for breakfast today.

Which meal? You eat it as soon as you wake up.

That is breakfast — the first meal of the day.

  • Say what you like“I like sweet mangoes.”
  • Say what you do not like“I do not like bitter food.”
  • Ask a friend“What do you like to eat?”
  • Healthy food — fruits, vegetables, milk and dal help us grow strong.
  • Taste wordssweet (mango), sour (lemon), salty (chips), spicy (chilli).
  • Eat well — lots of fruits and vegetables, only a little sweet.
Remember: healthy food keeps us strong; too many sweets are not good for our teeth.
